About this store

This online store is operated by Planet of Peace LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Planet of Peace LLC. Our store uses Shopify to provide its online shopping platform.

These terms apply to your use of our store and purchases from it, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and payments

Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information when placing an order. Product prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the items we cannot supply. Changes to listed prices apply to future purchases; they do not by themselves change the price of an order already placed.

Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colors may appear different on different screens. Please check each listing for size, materials and what is included before ordering. Accessories shown in a room photograph are not included unless the product listing says they are.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

We currently ship within the United States. Orders normally ship within 3 business days; delivery time depends on destination and carrier. Our Shipping Policy explains charges and delivery information.

You may cancel before your order ships. Eligible unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt under our Return and Refund Policy. Ordinary returns have a $10 return shipping fee. We pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Items clearly marked Final Sale are excluded from ordinary returns, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Use of the website

Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or actions that damage or disrupt the website. Website text, images, logos and other content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Obtain permission from the rights holder before using protected content beyond what the law permits.
