Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in the condition received and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email customersupport@planetofpeace.co with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

For an ordinary return, a flat $10 return shipping fee applies. This fee will be deducted from your refund. It is separate from the original shipping charge paid when you placed your order. We do not charge an additional restocking fee.

If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, Planet of Peace pays for the return shipping and the $10 return fee does not apply. Email us so we can help resolve the issue.

Sale and final-sale items

Sale items may be returned under this policy unless they were clearly marked Final Sale when purchased. Final-sale items are not eligible for ordinary returns. If a final-sale item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us for help. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

We will process your eligible refund within 7 business days after receiving and checking your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

For ordinary returns, the original shipping charge paid at checkout is not refunded, and the $10 return shipping fee is deducted. If your order qualified for free original shipping, there is no original shipping charge to deduct.

For returns of damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping, waive the $10 return fee and refund the original shipping charge paid for those items. Contact us for help with a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. Email customersupport@planetofpeace.co with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return policy applies instead.
