Shipping policy
Where we ship
Planet of Peace currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international destinations.
Processing time
Orders normally ship within 3 business days of being placed. This is the time needed to prepare and send your order, not the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping on orders below $70: $8.
- Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more: Free.
- Express shipping: $15.
Your applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout. Express shipping does not mean same-day dispatch; the order-processing period still applies.
Delivery time
Delivery time after shipment depends on your destination and the carrier. Any delivery estimate shown with your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order-processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you about the delay and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund for the unshipped order. We will obtain any consent required for delayed shipment.
